Dr. Barasa is the current CECM Lands, Housing, Urban areas and Physical Planning. She holds a PhD in Disaster management and Humanitarian Assistance in climate change, MSc in Environmental Science education, Bachelor’s degree in sciences (Chemistry and Biology). She was former registrar Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology, Lecturer in the Biological Sciences and Lead Internal Quality Auditor, ISO 2008.
